Invincible, also known as Mark Grayson, is the titular character of the comic book series of the same name, published by Image Comics and created by Robert Kirkman and Cory Walker. He is a superhero possessing superhuman strength, speed, flight, and durability, inherited from his father, Omni-Man.

Mark's life takes a dramatic turn when he develops powers at the age of seventeen. He discovers that his father, Nolan Grayson, is not the benevolent hero he claimed to be, but rather a Viltrumite sent to weaken Earth for conquest. This revelation forces Mark to confront his father, leading to a devastating battle and a lifelong struggle to define his own path.

Throughout the series, Invincible battles various threats, both Earth-based and extraterrestrial, while grappling with personal relationships and the immense responsibility that comes with his powers. He struggles to reconcile his human upbringing with his Viltrumite heritage, constantly questioning his role in the universe and striving to protect Earth from the very empire his father represents.
